Whether you are looking to work with me one-on-one…
To meander through my poems, essays, and reflections on nature, healing, belonging, spirit, and the quiet work of integration…
To experience acupuncture or an alchemical sound bath…
To gather with women and explore the depths of our human experience through myth…
Or to invite me to speak at your next gathering…
Welcome.

WHERE WE CAN BEGIN
The body is always speaking. The question is: are we listening?
Chinese medicine offers us a beautiful and remarkably sophisticated way of understanding the human body as part of the natural world. Rather than seeing symptoms as isolated problems, we begin to look for the relationships and patterns that tell a larger story.
In my Houston acupuncture practice, I bring together the ancient wisdom of Chinese medicine and modern understandings of anatomy, physiology, and the nervous system. We consider not only what is happening in your body, but what may be happening in your life.
Our work is an invitation to restore balance, support the body's innate capacity for healing, and develop a more compassionate relationship with the remarkable being you inhabit.
ACUPUNCTURE & CHINESE MEDICINE
There are places within us that words cannot always reach.
Sound offers another way in.
Through the resonance of alchemical crystal singing bowls, I create spaces for deep rest, listening, and reconnection. Rather than asking the mind to figure something out, we give the body an opportunity to experience something.
These gatherings are invitations to soften our grip on the doing of life and remember the experience of simply being. To listen not only to the sounds around us, but to the quieter movements within.
Sometimes what we need most is not another answer, but a little space in which to hear ourselves again.

WOMEN’S STORY CIRCLES & RECLAMATION WORK
I have a particular love for the work of women becoming.
Becoming more fully ourselves. Becoming friends with the parts of us we've learned to hide. Becoming the women we once needed, and the elders the generations coming behind us will need.
Through story, myth, conversation, creative expression, and embodied practices, I gather women to explore the great passages of our lives. We look to the wisdom of the natural world, the language of archetypes, and the experiences we carry in our own bodies and hearts.
There is something profoundly healing about women gathering in this way. Not to perfect ourselves, or to become someone else, but to remember who we are beneath all that we have been taught to be.
This is the work of making queens out of princesses, and elders out of maidens. And it is some of the most sacred work I know.
